Heh. Yeah I usually meditate and masturbate in silence but for example today I was working near where my date later was so had 40 mins to kill. I would usually throw up the audio on headphones and meditate.

I think it was an old post on rsd that you and Todd commented on. It was about audio meditation. Focusing on one layer of sound. I just commented there but I do that all the time. Before I even knew what meditation was. Like I'd put on some really chill, almost ambient house music and just lay back with some good headphones and try to really focus on all the sub layers and what's going on in the track. AWESOME way to meditate because it literally takes all of your mental focus to listen to say the filter on a background siren that's covered by a bunch of different sounds in the same frequency.

Off topic.. But Cyeah. I like the audio
