They exposed the hypocracy of the religious right-wing zombie army that faithfully marches to the polls for the guy with the (R) next to his name. Other than that, I don't think it affected male-female relations at all or revealed anything big about men or women. I don't even think that alone indicates Trump looks down on women, even though most of us know he does.
