Went out tonight: Amazing realization (edit by Manwhore)

So I went out sober tonight for the first time in a bit. Not much happened- I did a few approaches but I actually just sat in the bar and chilled and watched. I wasn't nervous, I just wanted to chill out and watch (Goin out with Katalyst tomorrow, so tomorrow night will be a different story)
Not gonna lie- been going through a bunch of shit lately and it's been a bit crazy.
Had a new experience tonight though- you see I kinda stepped away from the game for a bit, mentally, and when you do things that shake up your day-to-day, it tends to cause new things to happen.
It was new because I saw girls in a different light than I'd seen them for a while. I went out and it was like instead of seeing these girls lookin so hot in their heels etc.
I saw a bunch of girls, all dressed up like clowns haha- like it's almost absurd. I actually started to laugh. It's like a socially acceptable version of holloween, except it happens every weekend, at the same time and at the same places.
These girls are peacocking the shit out of us and we're going up to them and making a comment and they're all like, "Woh woh hands off the merchandise"- and then the majority of us get scared lmfao- it's just a game guys.
Like think about it- you have some girl, who works your average day job but she happens to be really good looking, right? But during the day she takes shit from her boss- maybe it's not even "shit" but she still has to take orders from her boss (who is most likely a dude) and then she has this ONE opportunity to go out, play dress up and live out whatever fantasy she wants.
"Let's go out and dress up like hipsters tonight"- that's the kind of shit a girl would say. Because to them , that's exactly what it is. It's just another role to be played. You see, girls want to live out a fantasy.
We all, on some level, want to play out some weird fantasy we have in our heads about how the night should play out.
For a girl that fantasy could involve going out for drinks with her girls and looking hot and meeting some guy who fits RIGHT INTO the world she's created in her head and fucks her brains out
It's all just part of the fantasy guys- so play that for what it is. LET THE GIRL LIVE HER FANTASY--But the catch is that it has to be part of the FANTASY- so don't take her out of that. Don't fuck with that... it's just cruel. You go up to a girl all nervous and weird and it's like a TOATAL buzzkill, I mean jesus guys- think about what you're doing to these poor girls- you're splashin em' with cold water while they're tryna get their beauty rest... I'd be pissed too
Seriously- it's just a big fantasy game and these girls just wanna play it to the hilt.
The cool part is that there are COUNTLESS and I mean COUNTLESS ways you can fit into this fantasy.

One thing that's interesting
One thing that's interesting about this post though, is that as much as it's about the girls- it's just as much, if not more so, about me.
It's not entirely the same but for similar reasons, it's why I can't take the game away from myself. It's just a silly game but it's something I love and taking it away is just cruel.
