Any activity, done with ones

Any activity, done with ones full heart, focus and intent, is equally enlightening as any other activity.

The rest is just judgments that we pass.

At the end of the day, it's not the ACTIVITY that makes it enlightening, it's the individual and that individual's self discovery that make it enlightening. The activity is just a tool by which the same UNIVERSAL principles are discovered.

If you take the best mathematicians, artists, writers, philosophers, sports players, pooahs, doctors, plumbers, lawyers etc. of all time and were to place them in a room for a week- in the first few days there would be a lot of random disagreement- it would be centered on the periphery stuff/.. but then, something would happen and by the end of that week it would be almost entirely common ground that they all stood on- the same universal principles
