Hey fellas, back in school and back in the game. Here's my two latest shenanigans:

Sol - 18yo Mexican. Met her in the morning like at 8:30 am (solid interaction)

--

(There was some pointless texting before this)

Her: Hey so how was your first week of school?

Me: Pretty good. how about you? did you like the fountainhead?

Her: Dude my week was awesome I am so excited for this semester!

Me: Wow that's great, we still need to grab a bite at building, so get ready for that

Her: Ha, your call :) I'm always on campus anyway.

no reply

Her: I never got back to you about the fountainhead blah blah read the Hobbit blah

no reply

week later

Her: Hey do u want to catch lunch tomorrow, that is if you can?

Me: I'm meeting a friend tomorrow. can do monday tho, let's do that. (the friend is Anna who I'll talk about below)

Her: Ok, well Monday I have lunch late like at 1:20 being the time I get out of class so...yup

Me: I have class at 1..hows tuesday

Her: Tuesday I get out of class at 12:05 and have lunch

Me: Let's do next friday then.

Her: Alrighty, friday it is. How's school?

no reply

Her: Hey you know that you are excruciatingly bad at texting :p

Me: As a matter of fact i do. it's not my forte..

Her: Well its the least of my fortes yet my skills prevail yours.

Me: Yup. whenever i dont have anything to say i just stop texting, which should be happening soon..

Her: Well in that case you aren't that interesting...

Me: i was so tempted to not text back to that lol. i'm more of a talker, i believe i am decent at that at least

Me: Sorry im being an ass haha, i'll make it up to you when we meet

Her: Well that's a good start. But you see I have such a busy life and I aasume that you do too. So I find that the least you can do for a person being that you never see them is well...text. you'll have to excuse me too i know I can intolerable sometimes.

Me: I see. well, from my perspective it's quite the waste of time to continue texting after logistics are figured out. some girls are notoriously good at texting just to 'chat' LOL. that and the fact that im not very eloquent in written communication. sry about that.

Her: Well let's just say that my notoriousness is not found in that particular area. Texting can also be treated as a forum, granted that both participants are well endowed rhetorically.

Me: K, ill keep that in mind. so Im done with classes at 10 am on friday. what time is good for you

Her: Friday I start class at 10:45 and finish at 11:35 I can do before or after whatever works best for you I can make it work for me :)

Me: Let's do it after you're done. 11:35

Her: Alrighty, I look forward to it and now I hope you don't think I am an arrogant pretentious brat, I promise I can be nice as well.

Me: That's exactly what i was wondering lol, kidding. im sure we'll be fine. see ya

Her: Have a lovely evening.

--------------------------------------------------

Anna - 20yo American - looks Irish and her dad is Spanish so she knows a little bit. Met her at the library randomly. Very nice ass. (not super solid interaction, but ok)

--

Me: going to the gym everyday is hard! (this is my version of a statement before I ask her out)

Her: Yup it is haha. That’s why I didn’t go

Me: Tu vas al gym mucho? (you go to the gym a lot?)

Her: Cuando puedo. No me gustan treadmills (when i can, i don't like treadmills)

Me: Oye tengo tiempo Friday en la manana para lunch. Puedes? (hey i have time on friday for lunch. can you?)

took a while

Her: Pienso que si (I think that yes)

Me: Ok. yo te texteo manana :] (ok. i'll text you tomorrow :])

Her: Ok :)

next day

Me: I'm off class from 930 to 1. que te parece a las 10 manana ? (I'm off 930 to 1. how about 10 tomorrow ?)

Her: Tengo clase hasta ten thirty. So maybe then? (I have class until ten thirty. so maybe then?)

Me: Sounds good

date day

Me: Remember lunch after class ;]

Her: Yup. I remember. Which building did you want to meet?

Me: *building*

She came out, had lunch with her at the school building. We were together for like 2.5 hours. I have no car, money or my own place. But it she seemed pretty down to use her car and take me to her house next week. I'll try the same thing with Sol.

I will see Anna on Wednesay and Sol on Friday. Feel free to comment on anything as I have no idea what I'm doing (I think I did good, but I'm not experienced)

Re: Two dates from Uni
@Jove:

the first girl you did everything right except for the fact that you had to explain yourself as to why you don't text back. Like a simple "Sorry beb, I'm just really busy." would have been perfect, but you explained yourself wayy too far.

second girl was solid

Your solid interactions lead to easy meetups.

you're right, I'll admit that first girl activated my troll mode.

you've got good timing for knowing when not to text back - it's got latina hot on your heels.

Anna shares the car with her brother and couldn't use it today (I know this is true). I also ran quickly into her yesterday and when she told me that she seemed kinda like she felt on the spot for not having a car that day.

I haven't finished my homework either so I moved her to next week.

Me: Hey you ok with moving it to next week ? stuff came up. it doesn't matter if you have a car :]

Her: Yeah sure that works

derp, i'm too nice on my texting still

k so, both blew updon't get
k so, both blew up

don't get me wrong, I was in disbelief about how willing these girls were to do whatever I asked them to

however, I think I took it too far since I didn't have closing logistics

no car/place/money

I was gonna get them to get me to their houses and they both said yes to everything, but later in the week when they thought about what happened...lol

so, lesson learned.

set the frame so that they will still be ok with it after they go back to their social conditioning world

So no place to pull back to,
So no place to pull back to, no car, and no money. Maybe you should work on some of that as well? That sounds like pretty shitty circumstances, holmes.

yeah, thanks for that advice
yeah, thanks for that advice MW. You are exactly right. I'm not a citizen, but my work permit has just been approved yesterday. I'm getting a sales job that many of my buddies are doing that pays quite the bit of cash. I've been to meetings and from the training it seems that this is quite a bit like game, haha.
