Solid rant. Great points about the responsibilities and working hours of people in power.
I watched a few years ago a Ted talk by the Facebook CMO chick. She pointed out how it was always men who pushed the boundaries e.g. still keep asking when qanda finished or going for raise etc.
I think it largely comes down to agreeableness.
