So I got matched with a full out 10/10 on tinder. The type of girl that is sooooo hott that it fucks up her personality if you know what I mean. Like when she's used to having men literally supplicate and give her anything and everything she ever wants. What's worse, she has a fucking idential twin. So this girl has probably gotten all the attention in the world. Here's how it went down as soon as i got matched.

me: I want to meet you!

no response - next day

me: It's fine, I don't like your haircut anyways

her: lolllll

her: hey sup

me: Just working... So are you the evil twin or what?!

her: Yes and no

me: Make up your mind women

me: Or shall I speculate... I'm guessing you're super evil 90% of the time with short lived moments of contrived compassion

me: God I need t o stop being so charming

her: lolllll

her: So tell me about yourself

me: Haha well I work in fitness! I have a super big family, I spend part of the year in LA because I hate the fucking cold. And I can't stand loud chewers or people that bitch and complain. I'm also a diagnosed psychopath but I promise it's under control

her: that's perfect

her: I'm still hibernating until its actually warm outside

me: ahah gawddd I haven't left my house all week. Should we just get hitched or what???

me: Now it's your turn kitty powers haha. What car do you drive? Can you cook? Be honest, I hate when people embellish

her: lol

her: I can't do anything besides clean teeth ( I'm a dental hygienist ), dance, love summer and speak two languages

me: Oh you're a 'dancer', ehh? Work that pole!

her: lmao no

her: But I'm sure you are

me: Hahha well you gotta do what you gotta do ;)

me: I think I may have to switch dentists, then maybe I would actually show up! But I still don't know if I can trust you, I feel like you would put me out and god knows what then

her: yeah ur right

her: I wouldn't trust me neither

her: My dentist is in Richmond HIll

me: Hahah oh nooooom you're bad!!!! What am I ever gonna do with you... I may have to take you under my wing, clean you up and spank you if you get out of line

me: Especially because dentists have the highest suicide rates, it's okay, I 'll make sure nothing happnes to you and I'll restrain you at night.... Hehe do you live in Richmond hill or what?

Okay so probably came on too strong and sexual at the end, fuck. Whatever.... I tried a new approach where I just kept fucking laying on the text and not giving any shit what she said. But I probably should have cruised for the number pull instead of going overtly sexual

I'd hard qualify her on being

I'd hard qualify her on being a 52 yr old dude who generally doesn't wear pants most of the time, so you're scared of meeting up with her because she might have bigger arms than you do. But otherwise you might be down to meet up and get some ice cream because you're only 5 and are looking to date older women.

her: wherr do you live

her: haha I think I'm going to fstop even tho I never really go out anymore

me: Hahaa oh no you're not, that place is way too gay for you. You'd get infected if you showed up there.

her: goood and u

Okay that's the last thing I Finished off with and that was a couple hours ago. I just realized how gay that last text was, fuck. I think I might be seemingly trying to hard with all the teases and what not. Perhaps I just need to realize that I got her hooked and tone it down and act more normal. What are your thoughts? And if she doesn't respond, what would be my next move.

Hey patrick, sorry for getting off topic but I just wanted to ask if you know much about adrenal fatigue and how to recover from it? A naturopath suspects that im suffering from it and has given me a ginseng supplement to take but after 2months of taking it ive only seen a slight improvement in my health. Any thoughts or advice are appreciated man, thanks.

adrenal fatigue seems to be an extremely vague umbrella term, what symptoms do you have?

I thought I had it at one point too. Most likely you need to simply ground yourself through meditative actvities, and learn to keep the adrenaline down.

There is actually no concrede evidence or research showing that adrenal fatigue is an actual thing. So the supplements that you are being sold on are not going to help an imaginary issue.

It's possible that you could have an underactive thyroid.

What symptoms do you have that you want to address?

Well Im 24 years old and for the last 1.5 years ive had a very low sex drive, lower than normal energy levels, developed gluten intolerance and whenever I perform intense physical activity I will often get really sick the next day e.g flu synptoms, aching joints, fever. and generally I wont recover until 3-7days later. These flu like symptoms will come on from as little as going out sober 4 nights in a row. I know this because i was trying to do a 30 day challenge but kept getting sick after 4 nights straight. This happened on 4 or 5 seperate occasions without fail.

I was a very active person before these symptoms showed up. I used to train at the gym 3-4 days a week but now i hardly exercise. I forgot to mention above that I also had a rapid weight loss and went from 75kg of lean muscle standing 5'9  to 62kg in about 1.5yrs without changing up my diet too much apart from adjusting to gluten intolerance 5months ago.

I should also say that my diet is quite good. I drink green smooothies nearly everyday and take fish oil, zinc, vitamin c, macca powder and ginseng supps daily. Also havnt eaten fast food in about  5months.

Yo!  I'd get your

Yo!

I'd get your vitamin/mineral levels checked. Possible you have a strong vitamin b12 deficinecy and need to start dong some b12 shots to get that shit up. Those sympots sound similar to that.

Also since you have a gluten intolerance that could have fucked up your nutrient absorpotion and caused certain deficinecies.

So basically, cut out gluten completely and try some b12 shots if you're down.

Also sounds like you have a very weak immune system. Fasting is amazing for boosting the immune system. If possible, I'd suggest using an 8-10 hour eating window. Push your first meal to lunch time and eat 2-3 big sized meals.

Cool and if your testosterone

Cool and if your testosterone is low - you're going to want to eat a good amount of carbs and fats each day.

Carbs and fats have the strongest impact on testosterone.

Eat a moderate amount of protein - about 1g per pound per day and make up the rest of your calories with fats and carbs. If you're going low fat or low carb then you're fuckign yourself up!

I know you mentioned you eat really healthy, a lot of times, this means going too low in calories or fats or carbs. Don't need to be perfect. I kill that steak, potatoes with butter, cook my chicken in coconut oil and have the odd treat.

1.5 years ago did you finish school and or move out at that time? Or any other big lifestyle changes then?

Do you get 7-9 hours of HIGH QUALITY sleep every night? How often do you drink/how much caffeine do you drink? Any new stresses in the past 1.5 years? Are you active; Do you even lift bro?

Bad sleep, alcohol and caffeine, stress and not doing heavy lifting/high intensity exercise can all be bad for t-levels.

There were no big changes 1.5 years ago BUT around 2 - 2.5 years ago I started playing online poker professionaly which can be stressfull and emotional during losing stretches. On top of that I had a needy/annoying uncle who would come to my house every afternoon to watch me play. This gave me a ton of anxiety throughout the day because I would be anticipating his arrival and try to not be home. I have now removed myself from that situation and I have been living in a different city for the past 11months. I still play poker professionaly.

I do get at least 7hrs sleep a night but i dont have a consitent bedtime. Some nights i go to bed at 10pm & others 5am because of cold approach.

I only drink alcahol once a month.

I havnt been very active for the last 10months and i havnt lifted for 1.5 years.

Not sure what you mean by psychological acumen but i would consider myself a very stable guy emotionally. I meditate everyday and I dont stress out or lose my cool much.

I feel like im fairly in control of my life. I work for myself and feel like my only current limitations are the physical ones that I have described in this thread.

My social life however Is almost non existant. I have two buddies in my city and we go out for drinks probably once every 2 or 3 weeks. Apart from that I dont really sociaize unless its with some girl ive picked up from the clubs. I try to go out 2 nights a week solo and sober. I probably get laid once every 4 nights doing this.

Well its very low protein in comparison to what patrick suggested. i would say I had been getting about 50g of protein a day. I had cut out alot of meat from my diet because my family recently turned vegan and they had an inflluence on me in that area. I didnt really think eating less protein would be too much of an issue because im super inactive and pretty much sit at the computer 8hrs a day. I made this change in my diet about 10months ago.

Huh. What do you daydream about achieving? What are some "end goals" you have for yourself.. what kind of big picture of yourself would you describe if you'd achieved everything you ever wanted. How would that person act and treat others around him? What kinds of conversations would he have with people? What would he be involved with in his day to day activities. What would he be working towards. Visualize all of this.

Oh dude I missed a whole slew

Oh dude I missed a whole slew of your responses. LOL. Dude your problem is glaringly obvious. Why the fuck aren't you active. You're literally stagnating, and teaching your body to make it a physiological life pattern. It's a very horrible thing to do to yourself man. You need to start a physical fitness regimen immediately. I have forced MANY of my students to start personal fitness regimens.. on the daily. Lifting weights, running, boxing, bjj if you can afford it, bicycling. Even a 15 minute run a day will enhance the quality of your life. But also make sure to do at least 2-5 sets a day of 20 pushups, 30 situps, 15 squats, and even some dips if you can manage them. These you can all do at home without ever having to purchase a gym membership, or leave your house! You have no excuse not to do these every day.

The human body adapts chemically and hormonally to whatever its environment calls for. You have put your body into a slumber you need to wake it the fuck up. Also, the body simply stagnates with a build-up of bodily chemical bullshit. Mental clutter as well. Physical exertion is the reset switch. Not just to work out/flush your body of unused toxins or minerals/chemicals, but also to emotionally and mentally bring you to present moment awareness. It's why runners and athletes experience natural highs. They're forcing their bodies and minds to come into sync in the forced exertion of the moment. No time to let your mental patterns stray into the past or the future. You are NOW

Financially I dream about reaching retirement before im 40 from some self created online buisness. The problem is I have it very easy playing online poker but i know it wont make me a millionaire. I feel somewhat conflicted  because I know I would need to quit poker if I want to pursue a buisness endeavour.

Aside from that, I want to be the kind of person that people are drawn to. I want to inspire people to be the best they can be. I want people to walk away feeling energized after hanging out with me. Ive recently felt deeply passionate about inspiring people and I feel like one day I would love to speak in front of thousands of people. Just motivating them with my energy and passion. Im not sure what subject I would talk on and it doesnt necessarily have to be self help. I just want people to walk away feeling inspired and alive.

Thats pretty much the big vision I have for myself. I have alot of smaller scale short term goals like becoming awesome at cold approach, sleeping with beautiful woman and making more money poker. But None of that stuff would even matter if I could acheive what I have mentioned above. Actually I would be pretty pissed if i wasnt still fucking hotties so i guess it would still matter quite a bit haha.

Shit mang. It really could be this simple. I quit the gym 1.5 years ago becauase I unknowingly had gluten intolerance and it would zap my energy every time I ate a meal. But 7months ago I realised i was intolerant and cut out gluten from my diet. Despite being gluten free my energy levels never fully returned and I was left scratching my head. It could totally be possible that my energy is just naturally low now due to my prolonged inactivity.

Getting some great help from you guys in this thread.

Yah this is HUGE. In your first post I was under the assumption you were already active for some reason.

If your energy is really low to start with then you may have to keep your routine minimal for now and gradually build up. You can hit push ups, squats and sit ups like MW mentione daily for sure. EVen going for a 40 minute walk will have solid benefits. As soon as possibe, you're going to want to start a 3x/wk strength training regime of bench presses, miitary presses, chin ups, rows, squats, deads and some auxillary lifts.

I'd start with a standard upper/lower split

ex:

Upper

Bench Press

Chin ups

Shoulder Press

Rows

Lower

Squats

Deads

Front Foot Elevated Split Squats

Calf Raises

3 sets of 6-8 reps per exercise. When you build up to 8 reps, increase the weight by 5 lbs. Rest 2 mins betwen sets

yeah I was going to suggest just getting some bands a few dumbbells to workout at home but you already spend enough time at home playing poker. Getting out to a gym will force you to get out and if you go at the same time every week you'll start making some gym buds. Two birds, one stone

Im trying to read alot of books, meditate daily and work on my core confidence by going out sober as much as possible.  Basically Im doing alot of self developement stuff to try and become the best version of myself possible. I also generally just ry to make people feel good about themselfs when I hang out with them by having a non judmental attitude and being a very open person.
