Not really lol

I mean, I like to think that I'm eclectic, like if a song really sounds good I'll probably enjoy it, but 90% of what I listen to is related to hip hop.

I don't like rap all that much and have 0% respect for "rap culture". Though I do listen to the pop hip hop stuff

I really like the art form, and the skill aspect of it, also the beats and production.

I see it like it's a sport.

For example I enjoy Eminem, Royce 5'9, Slaughterhouse, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, etc, and how they are really sharp and technical. I don't necessarialy enjoy every track that they put out though.

I don't like 2 Chain, Young Thug, Future, etc, because I think they suck technically and they are in it just for the money and not for the craft, but there are some tracks that they have that I enjoy like tracks that have a catchy rhythm.

Ahh I exactly agree with you. I used to know almost every single Eminem lyric lol. I remember hearing my first NAS album I was blown away. But the fake tough guy persona some of these dudes put on is laughable.
