MW, do you filter girls out by asking girls to come over?

So I had a date with this chick yesterday, I'm pretty sure I was the coolest guy she was ever in a date with.

We met in a subway (I usually meet there because it makes it easy for girls to show up as everybody uses the subway in my city), then I took her to a bar for icecream (half away from the sub and my house). Spend 1 hour or so there, we had some fun and I did some physical rapport alex style escalation. Then I take her to another place to eat something (even closer to my house), I try to makeout with her on the way there (usually works 90% of the time), she giggly denies, one the way there she is like 'where are you taking me, I might have to go home and study', I'm pretty sure she likes me quite a bit but she is the conservative type. We get there and spend another hour, then I take her to see "some cool grafitti" (that is almost in the door of my building), I'm 100% sure if i say "lets go to my apartament" she will refuse, again I got the conservative vibes from this one. We get there and see it then I say lets play some mini golf (I mentioned I play mini golf in my apartament). She refuses to enter my building says she "doesn't trust people". Mind you, I felt that I was running pretty solid game the whole time, I was just feeling great and said a lot of gold and funny shit

This is not the first time this has happened to me either, sometimes I was able to pull it off, somehow get these girls into my apartament and defuse the LMR but usually afterwards they don't hang out with my again even though they engage me in txt, etc. I suspect they just feel too slutty. 

My question is are you 90% close rate dudes filtering out these chicks by asking them to come over or going to their place? My game is not super great or anything but I feel like there is no man on earth that could have laid this chick in the first date. I seem to attract these conservative types like moths to flames lol, maybe I need to filter them out so I don't waste my time
