The first one is bad because after calling him a brazilian cockroach he says "you want to smush me". This is NOT a powerful frame to be in with a girl. Her stepping on you? No.. not sexy. She has EVERY right to call you a brazilian cockroach, we won't fault her for that, but we WILL choose how we respond, and how we maintain the proper power dynamic. "You want to smush me. Ew." becomes "Did you say you want my cock?" (play on the word cock in cockroach", OR, "Ya girl you know you're going to run in terror when I hiss at you ;)" Then even follow up with "Come find you when you're sleeping and give you kisses". LOL
The second one is great because even though you're admitting to the fact you're "luring" girls to your apartment which is supposedly creepy, you're PROUD of this fact and even being so blatant as to ask her which candy she prefers! This is dominant and "not give a fuck" attitude on a very high level. This is hot, and enticing to a woman. Who IS this guy that has such big balls!
