Ok yes the access issue I fixed earlier tonight that was a mistake on my part. As far as your payment it looks like it's just your regular monthly subscription going through. I see nothing amiss homey

Can you send me a screenshot of your membership page? What can you access with no problems? 

Well I took a couple of screenshots and tried to pm you but I'm not sure how to upload them into a message.  Copy n pasting isn't working.  But in terms of whats accessible, months 1 and 2 work just fine.  All the content from the 1st two months pop up with no issues.  Its only when I try to access the recent stuff that I'm prompted to the billing/payment page where it asks you to input a billing method and checkout.

Yeah I accidentally put those in at 90 days at first, not 60 for the true start of Month 3. So you may need to refresh your browser so cookies load correctly. 

So I tried that, I cleared the browser history as well as clearing the cookies and restarted my laptop and still no luck... Like I said its weird because even after signing up again, its like the site doesnt recognize it.  Its like it knows I've paid the last couple months but just isn't picking up the 3rd for some reason.  So with that said I'm all ears for any other potential resolutions.

Holmes do one last thing for me.. try another browser like Chrome if you were using Firefox Mozilla or Opera for Android if you were using the regular Android browser. Are you on desktop? 

Im actually on desktop using chrome.  I have internet explorer on this thing too but never use it because it sucks balls...

I can currently see 15 articles/videos (3 months) of content thats supposed be available, but its only letting view the first 10(months 1 and 2). I intially signed up in december when you released the membership and was problem free until yesterday when I tried to view this months new content.  So yeah 3rd months content isn't accessible for me.

I'm going to try logging into your account and seeing what I get. Anyone else getting this? I just fixed the main issue so at least a couple peeps have told me it's working fine for them. 

Ok mang pretty sure I've debugged this. I've looked through a few other accounts settings and seen zero issues. 90% sure what happened is you jumped the gun when you reupped a couple days ago, it was going to process it in a few days automatically so hopefully in the next few days that content gets released to your account when it's supposed to.. 60 days after you signed up initially. It still hasn't hit that yet.

Gotcha, I'll let you know in a few days if anythings changed. And I also won't get charged again will I? Thanks again.
