Hey Manwhore and everybody,
I know this is my first post so I'm going to introduce myself. I'm an 18 year old canadian guy who quite admitedly hasn't had a lot of success with women. Often time I can get things going decently but I'll find a way to mess it up and recently that has been really bothering me. Just a little background, I do boxing and have for two years and have done two amateur bouts, I generally try to stay in pretty decent shape with the exception of recently I have been out of training because I ignored my body when it was giving me warning signal and now everything is out of whack. So I started physio and stopped for a little while whilst I was on vacation but have slowly been starting back up again.
Anyways, for some reason theres this girl that I've never done anything sexual with but we always seem to go back to each other in a weird way. I knew her from back in the day in HS and she left and moved somewhere else and came back a few years later looking sexy as fuck. We talked a little bit and we were supposed to go on a date but unfortunate circumstances stopped it from happening. Eventually we stopped talking and this was the beginning of the cycle, pretty much since then every two or three months either I or her for some reason seem to either run in to each other or message each other and hang out a few times but so far nothing has been able to come out of it.
So fast forward to a few days ago and she's riding her bike past my house and see's me and we have a two minute conversation. She leaves and a few days later I text her, she answers once or twice and then doesn't answer for a full day. She responds a day later and apologizes for taking so long, we text a little bit more back and forth and then I tell her things have been so lame for her recently because she hasn't been chilling with me (My game isn't particularly strong). She agrees and I call her and ask her if she wants to go for a walk around the neighbourhood, to which she declines because she has to do something with her mother but insists we hang out today. Not 15 minutes after the conversation I get another phone call from her stating "Oh hey crackzaa, look I just wanted to be honest I wasn't gonna chill with my mother but I've had a really bad day and I called because I felt bad for lieing to you". So I say it's alright and we agree to go for a walk tonight.
Fast forward to today and she's supposed to text me, so I send a text asking if she is excited for our walk, and she claims she was but something really bad happened and/or came up recently and she's really sorry and she'll explain soon. So essentially, I'm wondering what text I can use here to convey some value and also show that I'm chilled and layed back but also that she's been flaky in the past and I don't want to put up with shit. Below is our texts dating back from a few days ago.
Me: Bow Chika Wow Wow
Her: What?
Me(about 15 minutes later) It was my song. did you not like it?
Her: Lol Sure
Me:Good Because there would've been hell to pay if not. So hows' your side of the hood
Her (1 day later): Srry that it took so long to answerr, not muchh its pretty boring on my sidee. and too hot :(.
Me: That's because you've been missing your neighbor friend in your life :p
Her: Yes I haveee
Me: Hmm. I may be able to pencil you in sometime Soon
Her: Ouuu lucky me
(we had the first phone conversation about chilling around this time)
Her: Have u checked ur schedule :3
Me (Today): U excited for our epic adventure?
Her: I was excited all day actually until something super shitty happened. Im sorry I cant make it but a lot has been going on lately tht ill explain to u soon :( im reallllly sorrry

I decided I had to reply to her otherwise she was going to think I hated her. Any imput would be appreciated wether it be how to improve upon my text game or just anything in general. Recently I've been playing around with it a bit, and the things that seemed to get a response I would repeat. for example the "Bow chika wow wow" started a pretty decent convo with another girl, and asking about girls "summer flings" seemed to work a little bit too. But then I've also started watching some of tylers videos and he said not to make anything your "Gimmick".
I have a super long way to go, but I decided to sign up after lurking a bit because you guys seem pretty helpful, and I'd hope to become part of your community. Anyways the texts that followed.

I have to start trying to have fun with it instead of it being a chore.

So she's insinuating again there's "nothing" there. She's already proven you're not someone she'll invest time to go meet up with. Believe me, this girl is not sitting at home sulking, that was just her flaking to do something more important to her.
If I were you, I would just add some spice and see how she responds. If she goes "what the hell is wrong with you" you know this girl wasn't into you and was just going to lead you on a wild goose chase. If she DOES jump on board you know you've got something here.
