I mostly live like that nowadays, and I'v never felt better. (well my diet isn't clean, but that didn't make that much of difference for me)
I'd recommend intermediate fasting,too, though, from my own experience.
Voice practice is just for speaking voice or are you singer?
Excellent question Chris. MW has stated before that vocal projection and tonality is maybe 65% of game. I agree. The interesting thing about this is that vocals gets probably less than 5% of the attention as far as community discussion of the broad spectrum of inner/outer game. Also, not only is it the most important part of game; it is something that can easily be vastly improved upon with a little practice. This is one of the reasons why MW's training program is probably the best one out there. He has specific drills designed to directly improve not only projection and tonality, but also the energy conveyed by your voice. It works like magic.
currently I use a combination of MW vocal drills that I learned in training as well as some I got from roger love.

I do some speaking voice drills as part of my singing workout. but mostly for articulation , and then some playing around with different emotions I want to get across a in random sentences. But its prerry little. Maybe should do that more.
anyway, also I find it pretty not to feel good when singing, especially.

guys not actively writing anymore, but all the basic stuff is there. If you want to get really ripped you'll still have to controll what you put into you (count calories and macronutrients). I don't though as of now. actually I eat a lot of shit, and still am pretty lean, also cross fit plays its part here.
But mostly it makes me start my day way more productive.
Just get up, do my drills, if you so will, then get me good can of coffee and off I go at my desk. Otherwise all those eggs and bacon pull me down

I have a thyroid issue called hashimoto. I've figured it out and its totally manageable but its best to avoid gluten.

I'm underslept, sore from the gym, my voice is 98% shot. I've had a bear fucking around my porch, BBQ, upsetting the dogs and behaving like a general asshole every morning at 4am sharp. I'm angry enough to throw rocks and chase him but not yet angry enough for arrows. I pulled a bicep wrestling with my trainer today. In case you missed it I was in a fistfight the other day. Work crises have chosen this week to show themselves. I have been a bipolar emotional merry-go-round. Also, girl problems..
All this considered, I've stuck to my guns and am doing pretty fucking great. I need to get more sleep.. Need. Sleep.

Yesterday I punched a guy at work cause he left a whole bunch of garbage laying around I had to jump over. While I was monkeying over it I aggravated my current injury. He did some trash talk and gave me a shove. I clocked him and again agravated my injury. Thus the downward spiral

sounds warranted. I hope I'm not the cause of a spike of violence in the lives of the guys on this forum. I'm gonna continue to cultivate patience, discipline and awareness, working towards less violence and only if absolutely necessary
