Fuck yeah. I've made some major changes in my life to align things closer to my values. I started getting really depressed and have been in a slump for at least six months now and now it's clear why. I was just putting shit off. I was good where I was but if your not growing your dying. So with a little bit of action I'm back to 100%. How much better it is! I feel good, look good, taking action is easier, game comes natural and happens in slow motion.. Fuk ya!
Anyways theres some broad I used to have oneitis for. I thought I was done with that needy stuff but my brain tricked me into thinking I actually liked her liked her. Like my scumbag brain trolled me and was like "were over that needy pussy shit bro, we lol at guys who put the pussy on the pedestal and build the women into something she's not.... Oh damn but check out this girl, she's social proofed, hot, likes similar things, and is kinda into us. A-game baby!!" and then I basically had the exact same thing as oneitis but thought it as different and that I was above the "it's different" shit. Anyways I don't really give a hoot about this girl now. And am able to banter with her without really giving my power away or qualifying myself with her. Now that I'm not looking at her through the rose tinted glasses I can see she's pretty needy for validation and quite insecure. Nice girl otherwise though. Here's a text convo between us. If I showed you guys shit from months ago you'd punch my vagina but now it's a little better. I'm just joking around and having fun till she gets back from a loongg work trip in a few weeks. We're friends and run in similar circles. Btw her name isn't Beatrice... I'm just using that name cause I met a girl named Beatrice at the bar last week. Her friend came up to me and gave me the old "my friend likes you but is too shy" that's like shooting dead fish in a barrel with a bazooka and all her friends were basically asking me to fuck her in the alley way but when I introduced myself to her and she told me her name was Beatrice I was like "beatrice? Like the milk?" and my brain just flooded with jokes which I went with my better judgement and didn't say them. And I had to leave because whatever I thought of made me lol inside so I gave her the nice to meet you talk to you later. Anyways completely irrelevant this is a diff girl to be clear:

Me: Let's NOT wait till last minute so we actually get to see Them
Her: when is it?
Me: July 26. Middle of summer, by the lake, three good bands! Going to be awesome
Me: when do you leave that god forsaken city and come back?
Her: Sweeeet. My friend is over from Australia. Gotta find some shows to take her too as well.

I could've handled a few things better like when she said "make up some good news" I could've framed something like no I was getting you back, you've been bad. But I think I introduced sex into what would otherwise be a fairly gay friendship. Little does she know I'm going to escalate like a rapist on her when she comes back because I blew other opportunities with her so I have an all or nothing attitude with her. Playing to win this time. Anyways I think I did a good job of making myself lol over this texts and playing with her till he gets back

Could you explain the first part of your post a bit more? Like you mean I should've been a little less validating to her so right when she gets back she HAS to see me to make it up? That's kinda how I took it. And thanks, one thing I've learnt from this forum is sub comms come through texts too. They can tell from the smallest difference in a text of its needy or not. It's like in real life you and say something awesome but it's only awesome when you say it not because your tryin to dhv or are insecure. Same with texts, you might have an awesome text to send but just the slight difference in wording or adding a ? At the end could mean the difference.... Which is why you have to internalize this shjt

So she just got back and her friend is visiting. After this text post we just messaged each other once or twice with not much substance. The last text was at least a week ago.. She fb messaged me today replying to a link of a band we like. She said "not sure why I am just seeing this now but it is amazing. My friend Vanessa is her from home and she said they turned into jerks now. Boo."
I'm going away in less than 24 hours till the end of the week lol after that I'm sure we'll meet up with mutual friends. I need to get her not on a one on one has she's got her friend with her.. Unless I can get her out tnight before I leave :) she has most likely seen this video before. It using it as an excuse to reply, especially since she mentioned her friend being down.. She wouldn't have really said that for no reason. I'm pretty sure I'm not reading into this too much but could be wrong.. I'm having trouble seeing what she wants me to say, she know I'm going away.

Anyways I did bare bones "real" texting here because it was already a given we were going to meet up sometime so I just wanted to get logistics down. So Thursday it'll be her and her friend, me and my friend and mayybbee a few other randoms. Either way I look forward to the night because my friend whose coming doesn't come out that often but he is a great time when he does. He is my best friend so if the girl im texting isn't dtf I know he will be and/or other girls are the club. Last time we went out we made out with the same chick. Haha going to try to recreate that this Thursday for shits and gigs
