Introducing the Dirty Mouth Game by telling the girl that you want to have a little fun using sexy and dirty words that SHE normally wouldn’t use. Tell her that together you’re going to think up alternatives to the word “sexy”, “penis”, “fuck” or any other racy word. Whoever is the first to be stumped for a fresh synonym loses the round – and has to take a playful spanking, give the other one a kiss, or take off an item of clothing. You can use whatever other tree options you want, but the system of having more then one penalty option is cool becouse she never know what its coming, or it can just be a randomic choice everytime for the penalty.

I'm going to try to translate here an example but first let me tell ya how I go about it:
First this is not a technique to get laid or anything like that, is just a game for the lolz. However it can get you laid depending on the circumstances and how things develop. The penalties that you set for who can't come up with a synonym you will accord with how much compliance you have with the girl, but always put the playful spanking in there.

You tease her depending on the context, she can have a dirty mouth so you accuse her of that and say that she's no match for you, it really depends on the context. With context the tease is more fun and strong because it makes more sense. But you really don't need one, you can just accuse her of shit out of no were, like:

So I throw one or two of these, and then I introduce the game and explain the dynamics:

Also you can tease her throughout the game:
