do you guys just go for the clear the head focus on breathing meditation? or affirmations? or as tolle described meditation simply being present in an everyday task?

I sit down for 20 minutes a
I sit down for 20 minutes a day and do it. Staying present in everyday tasks I find EXTREMELY challenging while at work. If I get stressed out I'll step back, stop what I'm doing, and focus on being present before I start thinking again. During tasks when I don't have to think like driving I find it very possible.

Has anyone had success at being present while working your ass off in a logical environment?
