3 Pulls, 3 Days, all end in plowing and frustration

3 days in a row, pulled a girl from "lower east side" to my local bar, and it ends all the same frustating end lol. 2 sets are international girls 1 is a local american born one.
there is something i am not doing right, or mis doing after i extract. i am not sure whether i should be manhandling them more ( physicall dominanting) , or my physical escalation is off or i just had a case of 3 bad ones. is it possible that i just needed to build comfort or move them to another venue. i need to review the physical escalation video.

Fuck. i bail at the next stop when she kept saying ' ur not going up to my room'.
3rd set, outside of pianos, chat with her and her friend and immediately extract her to the local bar. very basic level playful chatting. this time i am escalating harder, i put my hands behind her head and pull her into a make-out. barely kisses me. i then try to take my hands around her ass, lower body etc. my friend says i should have fingered her or started talking very sexual to her.
i am not sure ; i guess i am having some success initially in the way i am able to get them attracted in the way i am communicating with them, the first part says to them 'this guy might be a leader', the second part says "i want to get on the subway and go home and not fuck'. WTF.

wtf - Sorry to burst your bubble or rain on your parade but in my fuckin petty Sunday night procrastination coding frustration headache times I have to call you out.
From what I understand, a pull is when you get to her house or your house under the perceived subtext that you and the girl are going to have sex. A lay is when you insert penis into vagina. A blowjob is when the girl puts her mouth on your cock and makes love to it.

while reading another thread where MW talks about the OP not "taking the action of a leader", i have some ideas on where i need to take this.
i think the overall theme in these 3 interactions is a problem with the overall "lack of leadership" , "not being dominant" , going into a verbal sparing instead of JUST 'grabbing her" and showing her.
sometimes think - I am too serious not understanding the emotional aspect - she wants it but ASD. Stick with it to the bitter end.
