Girl I met at a club for like 10 minutes. Had good chemistry-- I called her on the night of around 3am and we chatted for like 15 minutes.
My goal is to set up the Day 2 here. Any pointers, tips, leaks in my game?

Me: Just finished at the gym, think I deadlifted 2x your weight ;)

Her: Haha nice! I work at (place). Do u work?
Me: Nope. I'm a homeless bum till the summer. Mostly at school. sometimes I go out and meet cute girls in sizzle though :-)

Me: I don't usually go out that often, maybe once a week. How bout u?

Her: Ya:( school has me busy till friday. Then sadly this weekend is really busy
Me: Yeah school keeps me pretty uptight with my schedule. I was guna suggest Thurs or Fri but looks like next week works better

Yes Mr. Horse. You can get away with that in person but not over text. Texting is a different world and is a very different part of the skillset!
Glad you're hitting up these forums. You'll learn a lot. Go back and read the first 20 pages of these forums. It has the most value.
What I'll recommend here is less practical and more of a mindset shift. You want to try and bring them into some kind of adventure. If you notice the whole flow of the conversation is chode. You keep saying things and she's just giving lame comments on them. Texting is all about a fun care free vibe all leading toward the meetup. You need to get the vibe down right before you want to start aggressively going for the meetup. The reason for this is you NEED a good vibe for the girl to keep texting back and be interested in meeting up while you persist for it. If you're coming from a bad vibe and throw a line that's super aggressive she's just going to stop talking to you.
It's kind of like the whole dynamic when you're out before you pull and fuck a girl. If someone were to ask you "Ok...so how do I pull and fuck them?" What would you say? The answer is that it would be VERY difficult because there are a ton of dynamics going on in between and before the pull. It's similar to your question of "Ok, so how do I go for the meetup here?"
Now that being said. I'll tell you the way I learned how to get better at texting.
I went out and committed to asking for three numbers a night. It didn't fucking matter if there were 3 girls in the club or I forgot and the last girl is with her husband. I WENT for those 3 numbers every fucking night. A lot of times I wouldn't get them but the important thing is you ask to make it a habit.
After this I started texting all of them and posting up the ones I wanted feedback on up here. Manboob and others would give awesome feedback. I would constantly read his advice to others and use lines from different conversations. I went a little overboard on the button pushing and had to learn how to bring my texting back down to reality.
Now my texting is in a pretty good place. It takes a lot of work but you can crush it dude. I've seen you out. Keep at this shit.

Fuck dude, you pulled an amazing answer out of a horrible question. You're right, I think I'm going about this in the wrong way. I get girls in the crazy emotional state when I'm with them but I can't draw that out of them over the phone
Looking back I think every girl I've tried to get into a Day 2 came from an extremely boring conversation --> Trying to logic her into a date
I'm pissed because I just lost all of the #'s I collected over the past month (phone restored itself to a month ago) which had a ton of girls I could've practiced my shit on. Will just have to go infield and rack em up again
