Observations of a serial dater of "9s and 10s"

So one of my buddies consistently dates 9s and 10s... he's actually one of my best friends and one of the dudes I'm living with. He is a fucking great guy, very fun, very relaxed and just overal awesome. But for our sakes, I wanted to focus on a few things that I think are just kinda, "Interesting" about the way he goes about dating these girls.
So, I wanna start off with the main reason I think he's able to do what he does.
This dude just straight up isn't bothered by ANYTHING. Like if he fucks up or someone is rippin on him, he won't ever change the subject or react at all...
Okay so there's that. But then there's this... which is something very interesting I've noticed and I don't think he even recognizes that he does it.
But the interesting part is that everything about the relationship is like put into LIGHTSPEED mode... like within a week the girl will be living with him. Within two weeks the girl is telling me, "BG, I think I'm in love with him" and he is bringing her to his family and she is having her family over for dinner. It's fuckin crazy man. lol I just kinda go with the flow of it all and obviously I'm not gonna say anything to the dude cause that's not my place and it's kinda cool to watch all of this go down the way it does.. until the shitty parts, but hell, that's just part of the game I suppose. But the thing that's different between what he does and what someone that julien does is that he is JUST AS CAUGHT UP IN IT ALL. Like he sits me down and says the same shit to me...
So what does he do, for all of this to happen? He is able to, for a relatively short amount of time, create everything that a woman could possibly want. He, for about 2-3 months, is THE perfect man for the girl. Like he does everything right, never a misstep. Everything is planned out to a fucking T... Like he understands what she wants and he gives it to her in every fucking way possible.
Like he cooks dinner, bartends, takes her on super romantic dates, has her moving in with him...
But all of that being said- it also makes complete sense why none of his relationships last... he's not being real. He has an idea of what he thinks the perfect relationship is and he goes into OVERDRIVE to create exactly that but the thing is... nobody can keep that up forever.. not the way he does it. So it's like, soon enough, the girl wants more- the girl starts to see cracks, so she wants him to "open up" to her... she can start to tell that she's not seeing the "real" him and thigns start to go south...
Anyway- I thought this was really cool when I realized what was goin down.
But also- despite how "fake" it is or wtvr, it's kinda crazy to see just how damn perfect this guy can be for a little while.
It's a combination of all of this.

hahaha i used to do this shit too. i bagged some hotties but its funny you say they only last 2-3 months because thats exactly how long my relationships would last. we'd hook up. then in around 2-3 weeks she'd tell me she loved me. we'd be crazy for each other for about 1.5-2 months. then she would start getting overly attached - like before this part they would tell me they loved me but like while making out... so i don't take it that seriously, its just what shes feeling. but then i started hearing shit like "your the one for me" "i was buying sheets today and thought about how they would look in our future house together..." "I can't wait till we're married" so over the next month I would just slowly ween them off me until one day they expect it coming, and i break up with them.
its literally happened that exact same way with 3 different cools for me. like clockwork.
but the thing about the movie is pretty interesting.. like instead of doing what i wanted (banging them and rolling over) i would create that movie. do romantic stuff and all that shit. i mean i liked doing it but it was only to provide the girl with emotions, giving her what she wanted... its not like i really wanted to do that stuff aside from giving value... so it gets stale after a while and i get creeped out by her being clingly and she starts getting pissed that im not brad pitt.. which actually amps her attraction because she starts shit testing me again but since im mad at her being clingly i could care less and walk away at any time which made me fucking destroy her shit tests haha. so she would get REALLLY pissed to find out i was an asshole, shit test me, id pass and then she would get really mad but horny. so many emotions flying through her on a single date. powerful stuff

Think kinda reminds me of the 2 styles of the game. One is the super fast beastmode and the other one is the slow paced chilled out Alex style.

Haha reminds me of my cousin/roommate. Same shit, he goes super overboard, always doing epic dates, cooking really good meals, etc. What it really is is impressing gone overboard and yea he can't keep a girl around for more than a month or two because they eventually figure out he's full of shit.
Let me guess - is your friend tall and good looking? I find this to be a common trend with these tall, good looking dudes like my cousin.
