Was out to lunch with a good buddy of mine yesterday and we ended up talking about "The Process" and I thought it may turn out to be a sick conversation, so I hit record on my phone.

We were talking about his weight lifting stuff, but I bring it around to pickup at some points and the principles are the same for any process, no matter what your goal is.

I really thought this was an AWESOME conversation. Let me hear your thoughts, interested to read what you guys think.

Because I'm focused on the process, I did what I needed to do so that 6 months down the road.... a year down the road I can be where I need to be to succeed then.
