yo! just listened to the teleconference, awesome stuff, the book recommendations at the end were really useful. At the end manwhore mentioned something on the importance of self-hypnosis and being able to stop that inner chatter of stories that happens inside of us. Does anybody have some good recommendations or resources on how to cultivate self hypnosis?
