Ok we work at the same company with this girl. Met her couple of times and on monday we had a bbq party. I forgot her name lol. She was making jokes about it. I noticed we had an amazing eye contact. You know these moments where eyes are locked to eachother for about 10 sec... Antway today here is the e-mail convo;
Me: hahaaaa it has been almost 2 days and I can still remember ur name :)
Her: heheheee finally, finally :) now u know my email so if you forget it again you can tefresh ur memory :)
Me: now its ur challenge to remember my surname ;) (i have 11 letter long surname that no foreigner can pronounce)
Her: I can remember it, but I dont know how to pronounce it
Me: lol i dont think i can teach u via e-mail
Me: but i can teach u during a coffee break so there will be no excuse :)
Her: you can try even in the e-mail, i would like to see how u can teach through e-mail :))))))
Obviously her last response shows a bit of disinterest. I need a good come back. Thinking smthing like ;
"i can even write in slovakian - ( she is slovakian) smthng slovakian from google translator- but my awesome emailling skills lack when it comes to teach smthing u need to hear lol"
Thoughts?? Alternatives?

No response but i believe this text was good, suitable for the push pull frame. Im planning to chill for a bit and if she doesnt respond I wouldnt do anything till I see her again (she works on a different floor.

yh erm, what Aequitas means is that in the last text you over did it.
It was playful banter before you kinda wrote out a long, superfluous confusing text. Just chill, and keep it minimal once you know you've got 'em and it will be hook, line and sinker.
By the way, watch more normal british and american sitcoms so you can start coming to grips with the lingo.

@hkmt: continue the conversation, mang. Enjoy the dance, its fun. Youre an eager beaver to jump in the sack w/her. Let the vibe unfold organically and guide it as you see fit, while recognizing how she's reacting and striking a balance between what you want and how shes reacting. . So youre good on guiding, but youre totally not reading how she's feeling. Shes interested, but just isnt ready to hang YET. This advice will prove to be far more useul for you than giving you some quick fix
