Reengaging the flake girl. How to lead from here??

Ok met this girl last week, had an instant date everything went well. In fact she had to make a phone call but she was like 45 min late because of the instant date. Then last friday we were gonna meet but she flaked on the last min. After that i didnt call her at all i was busy with other chicks. Yesterday decided to reengage, the weather was surprisingly hot in London and this bitch goes to a music school so pretty much doing nothing lol;
Me: let me guess u spent most of ur day in a park sunbathing right?? I wanna see that red face :)
Her: bad joke.
She behaves very bitchy right now. Planning to text;
"bad understanding, it wasnt a joke. "
But again i feel this text wouldnt be that much effective. She is polish so should i add smthing like; dont worry though i can be ur English teacher and u can teach me how to sing in polish"
Or
"yeah i know but my mum told me that if i watch southpark and family guy i can improve my sense of humour"
Thoughts??

I actually dont understand what she meant by "something wrong with the eyes" maybe she is talking about the smily icon at the end of the text lol. Im planning to say;
"I have no idea how u correlate eyes to a hypothetical joke, but okey..."
Maybe i should add smthing like "polish phrases dont work in English ;)" to the end. Thoughts??

Stop playing into her frame of admitting it was a bad joke, it's making you look even worse, and now you want to argue with her?
She's trying to say that something must be wrong with your eyes because you said her face is red - and that you weren't joking about her face being red...

Haha now i got it. Basically i texted her saying probably she was just chilling on the park and probably she has a red face (just an assumption) and this bitch took it serious and argueing with me... Lmfao what an idiot. How can i change the frame here? Any advice?
