don't be a "floater"

I used to be a big time floater, kinda just went with the flow of the people around me. Recently I've realized that I AM THE FLOW, as the alpha male I lead not only one on one interactions but group situations as well. It's a tough concept to put in words. I just remeber not too long ago, I would always let people around me lead the interaction because I was simply too lazy to give a fuck. I wasn't being a "beta", I really just didn't care. This is a trap, to be a true "Alpha" you must take responsibility as the guy that keep things runnning smoothly. Be the guy that influnces others emotions and mood, without ever letting anyone interrupt your vibe. When you accept this role awesomeness occurs. It's no longer what the group wants to do, its what you wanna do, because they are all counting on you to make the decision. I think MW calls this " being the social context". You must keep in mind though, your mood starts to influence everyone else's.

Being a floater is super easy, easier than being a super insecure chode, don't fall into the trap.
