Hahahahah I laughed my freaking head off. Its staggering how real that is though. I just don't understand, I mean even when I wasn't getting laid I knew texts like that were a no-no.

On that note, last week two girls sent me messages from two different guys to lulz at. The guys sent them weird messages so I could laugh at them. One accidentally liked one of her pictures and sent "oops, sorry my mouse messed up" then a few days later - "hey, i know this is super random but i was wondering if you go to xxx university cause I think i saw you at xxx coffee shop last week. i know this sounds super stalkerish but i wanted to meet you"

The other dude sends her "hey i have no idea how i have you on here, i mightve added you randomly, i tend to do that a lot.. but i saw your profile pic in my news feed and had to say something. you are really goregous. sorry if this comes off as weird or creepy lol." "especially since my profile pic is really weird lol"

It blows my mind how dudes sent shit like that. I mean a simple "hi" would work wonders in comparison. Especially since not knowning the girls but having mutual friends... you don't want that shit to get around.

BUT one thing this made me realize is that me and my buddy both find this EXTREMELY weird, creepy, gross, needy. Whereas when we were talking to the girls about it they think its weird... but are just like ohh poor guy, he just is lonely. or some shit like that. whereas I write those guys off as not even human beings. In other words, the girls found it weird, but justified it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Whereas me and my buddy think its the weirdest shit ever.

And talking to the one girl, she didn't reply but she said its amazing how often that happens and moreso how often it WORKS. That blew my mind. She said her old roomate started hooking up with a guy she hadn't seen since middle school because he sent her a message not unlike those ones. The fuck. Her old roomie is soo hot.

I don't know... Thinking about this really shakes up my paradigm. I can't figure it out
