"Fight, Flight or FREEZE Response" (Learn to Control It)
I really love the video, Jon. Thanks for posting :)
I hope more people give this a look.
They're teaching it the same way I do. Even referring to "top down" and "bottom up" techniques for controlling it. It's cool. But there's definitely more mind-busters to come...
Wim Hof Method too.
Caught a late night workout 2 nights ago, after I was done I went outside to catch some fresh air. It's -20 where I'm at currently, 2 mins into my walk my face and eyes started hurting from how cold it was. I started to breath correctly and within another 2 mins I was perfectly warm again. Amazing how proper breathing can modulate so many functions we wouldn't have access to otherwise.

In one of the comments in this thread: http://manwhore.org/forum/content/how-manage-stressdeal-anxiety
MW mentions being totally anxiety free. I knew when I read that, I must accomplish it. 10 months ago I made it a priority goal. I'm well on the way to doing so, and while Tolle is great, a consistent meditation practice (30mins - 1hr/day) has made the biggest impact.
